Dedicating Resources to Educationally Advance More Students (DREAMS) Scholarship Program is a need-based aid program to assist eligible Georgia residents attending a University System of Georgia (USG) college or university or a Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) college and enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program at least half time.

Students must be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant and have remaining unmet financial need. Students must complete online Financial Toolkit sessions. Students must complete a 60 hour per term work requirement.

The eligible postsecondary institution determines eligibility, and awards based on program requirements and available allocated funds at USG and TCSG institutions.
