Loans.GAfutures.org
During 2025, Georgia Student Finance Authority is implementing a new online loan management/servicing system for all the state loans. The new loan system includes a new secure, online portal: Loans.gafutures.org, for all borrowers with an active state loan to access your state loan information and online payment option.
Current Plans:
- By 1st of May – If you have a Scholarship for Engineering (SEE) and/or Minority Scholarship for Engineering Education (MSEE) loan but do not have any other type of state loan (like SAL or GA National Guard or other military), your loan will move to the new system in April or May.
- June – July - We plan to migrate all the Military Service loans (GNG, UNG, and GMC).
- November - We plan to migrate all the SALs (Student Access Loan).
- Emails will be sent to you, the borrower, regarding your specific loans so you know when your loan(s) will be in the new system.

The Create an Account Video will show you how to set up your secure account on loans.GAfutures.org account. Then you can track the status of your loans with GSFA, submit required forms to keep your loans current, and make required payments.
Consider setting up Auto Debit payments so your payment is always on time. Only the set payment amount due will be drafted and only on your payment due date. Online payment is secure, and you have the control to stop payment if needed.
