Q: How do I create my account?
A: To create an account, click Create an Account at the top of the screen. Select your account profile type and enter the required information. Be sure to read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Q: What type of GAfutures Account should I create?
A: The type of GAfutures account created will determine what your account will have access to such as submitting applications and viewing your academic eligibility status.
Create a Student account - If you are a current high school student, current college student, prospective college student, or are planning on applying for any of the state financial aid programs.
Create an Education Professional account – If you are a Georgia high school or college professional, a Georgia district administrator, or a Georgia home study administrator.
Once you have created your Education Professional account, you must contact your Institution or District Administrator to grant access to the professional modules. If you are not sure who your IA or DA is, email TrEx@gsfc.org.
Create a General User account – If you are a parent or guardian. Note: You will not be able to submit applications for state aid with a General User account. You must create a Student account.
Q: Where can I find my HOPE GPA?
A: To check your calculated HOPE GPA from high school:
Note: Only students who attend an eligible Georgia high school may use this feature.

- Sign in to your GAfutures account.
- Check that your GAfutures Profile has your correct last name, high school, SSN, date of birth and zip code.
- Click My GAfutures Tab, then click the My High School HOPE GPA tab. Select your high school’s name from the drop-down menu and click Select.
To check your calculated HOPE Grade Point Average (GPA) from college:

- Sign in to your GAfutures account.
- Check that your GAfutures Profile has your correct first and last name, SSN, and date of birth.
- Click My GAfutures Tab, then click the My College HOPE Profile tab.
Q: Why am I getting "Invalid data" message when applying for Dual Enrollment?
A: Your GAfutures Profile is either incomplete or does not match existing data on file. Verify the following information is correct on your Profile: first and last name, date of birth, SSN, zip code, and high school. If your information is correct, and you still receive the error, contact us at 1-800-505-GSFC (4732) and select option 1 or click here to submit a Help Ticket.
Q: I’m having problems with my College admissions application (fee, credit card) What should I do? (USG Schools Only)
A: Please contact XAP Corporation (pronounced ZAP) for assistance. Please provide your full name and/or username, brief details about the error or problem encountered, and the website address (URL) of the page you were working on. Q: How do I order Marketing Materials?
A: Visit our marketing materials page to download electronic versions of all the 2024-25 marketing materials, and use the order form to request printed versions of available materials.
2025-2026 materials will be available electronically in July 2025.
